If the internal structure of the mill is inconsistent in size, the vertical mill will be inconsistent. The vibration will also be too large, such as the installation angle of the grinding roller is not satisfactory, the bottom of the slag discharge bin is not flat, and the lining of the grinding disc is unequal.

2.Electrical reasons: If the vibration measuring instrument fails or the shielding cable is not properly selected during the installation of the electrical equipment of the grinding machine, the vibration of the grinding machine will be falsely reported, and the vibration value of the grinding machine is large.

3. Process operation: If the feeding amount is too large or too small during the operation of the mill, the grinding temperature is too high or too low, the grinding into the large block or into the iron material will cause the vibration of the mill to be large. In short, the vertical grinding vibration is caused by many factors.
