 General idea

The design of 700t/d new dry process cement clinker grinding plant contracted to build by Xinxiang Great Wall Machinery Co.,Ltd and takes only use clinker grinding technology. Clinker grinding uses Φ3m×12m cement mill. After months of debugging and operation, this grinding station operation will be stable gradually, reaching the goal of good quality, high efficiency and lower consumption.

Main equipment and processing of production line:

1. Design of Clinker Grinding Production Line. After Gypsum, Clinker of Rotary Kiln, Limestone weighted by Belt Scale, then the mixture will be sent to flow weighting bin by Belt Conveyor and Elevator, during this process, material will get rid of magnetic metal by steel separator. The superfine material less than 20mm will go into the φ8x12.5m stockpile waiting for grinding. The capacity of the stockpile is about 628t for 1.6d. The tents are about 1120m2 and hold the raw meal for 12 days.

2. The storage of the fly ash and GGBFS

The fly ash and the ground granulated blast-furnace slag will be conveyed to a φ5x20m chamber silo by the delivery pump with the capacity of 490t for 10 days. The tents is about 800m2 that can hold the meals for 20 days.

3. Gypsum crusher and the storage

After the raw material is weighted by the belt scale, they will in a XP1501X150 gypsum crusher. The particle size that less than 10mm will be conveyed to a chamber silo φ5x12.5m via the elevator. The chamber silo can load 208t for 6.2 days.

4. Cement raw meal blending and grinding

Four chamber silos will be designed for the raw meal (cement clinker, fly ash, GGBFS, gypsum) storage respectively. Under the ground of silos, electronic belt scale is set in for convening and blending the raw meals. The fly ash is better to use a screw weigher. They are going to be send in to the super fine grinding cement mill of φ2.4x13m with the capacity of 31.5 t/h. The runing rate is about 85%.

5. Cement storage:

6xφ5x20m cement bunkers for the finished products. The capacity is about 2685t for 6d.

6. Cement packing: Rotary packing machine: 4 spouts, 27t/h.
