For a slag powder production line, Great Wall Machinery can offer you more than 2 options of technological process to design the plant. We can have some share with you today about the GGBS flowsheet picture.

1. A super fine & high yield cylinder mill in a first grade open circuit flowsheet. Or a common ball mill works with a high efficient separator; See the picture as follows.

2. A flowsheet composed by a roller press & ball mill.

3. The third one is the GRM Vertical grinding mill with a first grade close circuit flowsheet. It can grind the slag into super fine class.

In general, there are some comments about these 3 flowsheet. lParticle size: 80%≤50μm. lSpecific surface area: ≥380㎡/kg

lUltra-fine GGBS: 30~40% ≤10 μm. And after this process, the final products-GGBS can be offered to the Concrete Mixing Plant as a new admixture.
