Pulverized coal ash is the main solid waste exhausted from power plant which collected from exhaust gas after coal combustion. 1. Coal grinding mill adopts rolling bearing, except main bearing used sliding bearing, therefore, it must be operated in good lubricating condition, or bearing will be damaged and shorted use life.

2. Putting the metal into mill is prohibited, or grinding roller and grinding ring will be damaged, even leading to hanging bracket.

3. Feeding should be well distributed. Feeding too much will block air channel, which leads to reduce output and easy to burn out motor, and vice versa. Feeding granularity: hard raw material less than 15mm is allowed , soft raw material less than 20mm is allowed, mass raw material is prohibited.

4. Air regulation: regulating valve on inlet air pipe of fan is usually opened maximum, and it can be adjusted properly according to the demand of fineness and output. Regulating valve on the exhaust pipe for discharging waste gas, regulate it to a place that makes sure there is no dust eruption. It should be attention that too small air volume will lead to precipitate material in air channel, please adjusting properly.

5. Fineness adjustment: there is a different fineness according to its different raw materials (for example: large and small, water content, proportion), you can adjust upward analyzer(high speed with high fineness, and vice versa)to realize ideal final product you wanted, if it not meets what you wanted, you should adjust fan speed to realize the demand.

6. Grinding roller and grinding ring must be replaced when wall thickness less than 10mm.
