The cement production line of 5000t/d is mainly equipped with the pre-crush system, raw material prepare system, raw Material Homogenization system, cement raw meal calcining system, clinker grinding system and so on. 1. Crush and homogenization

Most of the raw materials are need to be crushed. Such as, limestone, clay, ironstone, etc. Limestone is the material that need too much in the cement production process. Most of them are mined with some large and hard particle size. Homogenization is a process to distribute the material equally throughout in the storage yard.

2. Raw material preparation

For each ton of powdered cement produced, the NSP cement production line consumes about 60% of the total electricity power. Raw material grinding system --33%; coal grinding system--3%; cement clinker grinding system--40%. So it is important to have a good selection in the grinding equipment and a good designed technological process.

3. Cement raw meal homogenization

The cement raw meal is to be fed into the homogenization silo in a certain proportioning equally throughout. It is a precondition that canmakethe clinker calcining system work stably.

4. Preheating &Decomposition System

The function of this system is to preheat and decompose the cement raw meal in primary. This can save the cost to the rotary kiln that with a long specification in length. At the same time, the raw meal, which is in the suspended state, can be dried completely by the hot air. The expanded contact areas assure a fast heat transfer between the meal and hot air. Thus, it also decrease the thermal consumption will be cost in the clinker calcining system.

5. Cement clinker calcining system

The carbonate will be decomposed quickly with a series of solid-state reaction. Then they formed new minerals. For instance, CaS, C2S, C3A, C4 AF, etc. With the temperature’s increasing, the mineral will changed in liquidoid state. The cement clinker is formed at this state, while the temperature will fall down soon. The coolers will send the discharged clinkers from the kiln hood to the backward position. Like the cement clinker silo, then the cement mill, etc.

6. Cement clinker grinding system

This system aims to grind the clinker to a right fine particle, a good grain size gradation; to enlarge the cement hydration area, speed up the hydrate process and meet the coagulation of the cement paste, etc.

7. Cement packing

They are packed into bagged cement and bulked cement.
