How to make vertical mill grinding roller run more smoothly

As the grinding part of the vertical grinding equipment, the grinding roller is directly related to the grinding efficiency of the equipment material into powder. Once the grinding roller feels a little bit of unhappiness, such as a small number of teeth, the grinding degree of the mill will be low. The normal operation of the grinding roller is one of the key factors to measure the normal operation of the vertical mill and the high yield and quality.

1. Number of teeth. The number of teeth of the grinding roller is related to the nature of the material to be ground by the vertical mill, the required degree of pulverization and other factors. If the particle size of the material is small and the required degree of pulverization is relatively high, the corresponding number of teeth is required. On the contrary, if the granularity of the material to be milled is relatively large and the milled product is required to be coarser, the number of teeth should be relatively small.

2. Slope. The slope of the grinding teeth is the intersection point of the two grinding rollers rotating towards the material, and plays the role of scraping and grinding. If the grinding teeth have no slope, the grinding teeth of the fast and slow rollers will be parallel to each other. During the grinding, the two rollers will be unstable and mis-meshed. This will not only cut the bran sheet into filaments, but also the grinding rollers. Vibration will affect the grinding effect. Not only must the grinding teeth have a slope, they must also be installed correctly.

3. Average linear velocity. Vertical mill grinding rollers are divided into fast rollers and slow rollers. They all have a certain speed, but the speed of the grinding roller is generally determined by the fast roller. The higher the speed, the higher the linear speed of the fast and slow rollers, and the higher the average linear speed. The average linear velocity of the two grinding rollers determines the level of processing flow. The higher the average linear velocity, the greater the processing flow and the higher the output of the vertical mill.
