Our state-of-the-art laser alignment system can eliminate tracking and alignment problems and reduce the likelihood of further Damage.

Tire and trunnion wheel grinding services

Maintenance and alignment problems begin when load bearing surfaces such as trunnion wheels, tires and thrust rollers begin to wear. We can refurbish these surfaces and eliminate problems like timing marks, taper wear and irregular face profiles. Special equipment is used to correct these problems, and in most cases, the job can be done with the unit in operation totally eliminating down-time.

Training programs

Our engineers and technicians can visit your site and teach you the best methods for installation and operation of rotary equipment. With our years experience we can advise you on how your particular process or product affects the operation of the equipment and how to keep it operating efficiently.

Maintenance programs

You can have two ways (1) contract with you to perform all maintenance duties. We’ll perform all necessary services and provide you with comprehensive documentation and check lists showing the performance of your unit.(2) we can train your personnel on rotary equipment maintenance. We’ll show you what to do, how to do it and when to do it. Of course combinations of these two plans are available as well.
